PHOTOGRAPHY

Traditional professional photography remains the most effective visual tool for selling real estate. Combining our process of merging multiple exposures into a single natural looking shot (HDR) with our experience to quickly find the best angles allows us to produce our work quickly with no compromise in quality. We don't charge by the picture, we charge by the size of the home delivering a minimum of 25 images per home. We also offer real twilight exterior shots captured 15-30 minutes after sunset where we turn on all the exterior lights and use Photoshop to finish off the twilight look. More Examples Here

MATTERPORT

Using the newest Matterport Pro 2 camera we offer industry-leading

interactive VR home showcase tours. This system creates the most realistic, highest resolution and dimensionally accurate virtual reality rendering available today. VIDEO TOUR

Real estate aggregate sites, like Zillow, give listings with video a huge boost in rankings. We have a partnership with Zillow that allows us to embed our video walkthroughs directly into Zillow, which greatly boosts our clients' ranking results. We put a lot of effort into developing a high quality video experience at a low price point. Our video tours are made by curating the VR scan and bookending it with aerial drone video clips. QUESTIONS

How quickly will you deliver the images, VR, video, and by what means?"

Clients will recieve a link to their own cloud storage space where all imagry we produce will live and be accessable. This workspace will be neatly organized in folders named by the listing address and further divided into subfolders containing the high res images, web res images, videos, and a document containing the VR links and embed codes. All listing photography and VR will be delivered mid day the next day, and all video will be deliverded by the end of the second business day.
What are your prices and when do I pay?

Please visit our "Book Us" section for a complete price list. You'll find us to be very competitive with other companies, yet we offer superiour file quality, more services, a quicker standard turn around time and higher professional standards. Payment is due at time of booking. Headshots in our Delaney Park studio costs $220 for the first fully retouched image and $150 for each additional headshot.
How do we book you and what is the earliest I can schedule an appointment?

Clients book us online at specific times of their choosing. Just click "Book Us" from our website header. Whichever time slot you pick is the time slot that we will be there. The earliest we accept bookings is for the following business day.
What if I have to cancel an appointment. What is your policy on that?

Clients are free to cancel with a full refund or reschedule an appointment with no fee up to one hour before an appointment. After that, your money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee and any travel fee if applicable.
Are you FAA licensed and insured?

Yes, we possess FAA section 107 certification and carry liability insurance that covers us both on the ground and in the air.
How far away do you travel and are there added travel costs?

There is no added fee for travel up to 30 miles away from 2423 S. Orange Ave. Orlando FL 32806. Past that we charge $30 for 31-40 miles away, $55 for 41-55 miles away, and $75 for 56-70 miles away.
What resolution will photos and the video be delivered at?

Image files are delivered in both web (2200 px) and print (4000 px) sizes through an email linking to a custom cloud based content management system from where all the content you ever order from us will be avaliable from one place. Video is delivered at 1080p HD.
How long will you host the Matterport scan and how much will an extention cost?

Scans are hosted for 6 months with the package price, which is a lot longer than most homes stay on the market. Additional 6 month hosting time may be purchased for $50 as long at it is requested before the initial 6 month period expires. Otherwise we'll have to charge you to redo the home scan. Time starts from the date the scan is sent to the client. Still photography is yours to use forever.
